WEEKLY SPOKES MEETINGS****CHANGED TIME/DAY!
Every MONDAY from 6-7:30pm at the YSS office. If you are a youth (ages 13-20)
interested in community organizing through poetry, spoken
word, or hip-hop, Youth Speaks Seattle could be the organization for
you! Contact us for our office location.

WEEKLY WRITING CIRCLE
Every
Thursday from 5-7pm, facilitated by adult and youth poets, held
at the Seattle Central Library (on 4th & Madison downtown), on the
3rd floor in the Teen Room.

MONTHLY OPEN MICS
Every
3rd Sunday at Cafe Allegro in the U-District, in the alley next to
Magus Books on NE 42nd & 15th Ave NE. Sign ups at 6:30pm, starts at
7pm SHARP! Please come, read, watch, listen, laugh, and share.

Every 1st Friday at Harambee in Renton (316 South 3rd Street). Sign ups at 6:30pm, starts at 7pm!

MONTHLY SLAM
Every
2nd Thursday at Electric Tea Garden on Capitol Hill on 14th Ave & E
Pike. The monthly slams are a great place for poets to practice their
craft and prep for the slam series! Each month has a different theme,
so stay tuned for our messages!
